Domestic Shipping Terms:

We use Less Than Truckload freight shipping service to ship our water pump to our buyers.

There may be additional shipping charges applying to orders shipped to IDAHO, MONTANA, COLORADO AND WASHINGTON or Nearby.

We can NOT ship to PUERTO RICO, HAWAII, ALASKA, GUAM AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES.

Please note that the there may be a 2-5 working days for handling on the item.

Logistic companies usually send a 53′ truck for delivery. Please confirm with us if your delivery area has limited access for 53′ trucks.

We are not responsible for the unloading of this item, the buyer will be responsible for the unloading. This means that the buyer will need a tractor/forklift to unload the product off the shipping truck.  A liftgate option is available for an additional $150.  This means that the driver will be responsible for unloading the product for the buyer.  If you need this option, let us know at the time of purchase.  Please leave us a note with a good contact phone number at the time of purchase for the driver to contact you later on regarding specific delivery date and time.

All Florida customers would be charged 7% Sales Tax.

Return Policy:

Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receipt before returning your UNUSED goods. We do not accept any return without RMA number nor do we accept any used items.

Customers may be charged 15% restocking fee for non-defective items.

Customers should be responsible for all return shipping charges if they purchase the wrong items or change their mind when receiving the items.

Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
