We work with logistic companies that utilize Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight shipping service to deliver our agricultural equipment to buyers. Standard delivery is free of charge, but orders shipped to IDAHO, MONTANA, COLORADO, and WASHINGTON or nearby locations may incur additional shipping fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, or other U.S. territories. Please note that there is a handling time of 2-5 business days once the buyer confirms the delivery address via Amazon message. The logistics companies generally use a 53′ truck for delivery, but if the delivery area has limited access for this size of a truck, please check with us before purchasing. We cannot guarantee delivery to your address if you require a box truck or flatbed truck and your order may be canceled and we will inform you of the cancelation via Amazon message. Additionally, we cannot take responsibility for unloading the item upon delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to unload the product from the shipping truck, using a tractor or forklift. However, the logistic companies do offer a liftgate option for an additional fee of $150. This means that the driver will take responsibility for unloading the product upon delivery. If you require a liftgate, please inform us at the time of purchase.

Return Policy:

Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receipt before returning your UNUSED goods. We do not accept any return without RMA number nor do we accept any used items.

Customers may be charged 15% restocking fee for non-defective items.

Customers should be responsible for all return shipping charges if they purchase the wrong items or change their mind when receiving the items.

Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
